Quali dati tratto
- Dati di navigazione. Il server che ospita il sito (Vercel) registra automaticamente alcuni dati tecnici, come indirizzo IP, tipo di browser, pagina richiesta, data e ora. Servono solo a far funzionare il sito, a proteggerlo da abusi e a risolvere errori. Non li uso per profilarti.
- Dati che mi mandi tu. Se mi scrivi (tramite il pulsante “Inizia un progetto”, che apre il tuo programma di posta, o direttamente via email), tratto il tuo nome, la tua email e quello che scrivi, solo per risponderti e, se lo vuoi, per preparare un preventivo o fornirti un servizio.
Il sito non ha moduli che salvano dati sui server, non ha aree riservate e non vende nulla direttamente.
Perché e su quale base
- Dati di navigazione: legittimo interesse a gestire un sito sicuro e funzionante (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Messaggi che mi invii: risposta a una tua richiesta e misure precontrattuali (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Per quanto tempo
I dati di navigazione restano per il tempo previsto dai log del fornitore di hosting, di norma pochi giorni. Le email restano per il tempo necessario a gestire la tua richiesta e il rapporto di lavoro, e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo obblighi di legge (per esempio fiscali).
Chi può vedere i dati
Il fornitore di hosting Vercel Inc., che agisce come responsabile del trattamento e può trattare i dati anche negli Stati Uniti con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework e clausole contrattuali standard). Il fornitore della mia casella email (Google) per i messaggi che mi invii. Non vendo e non cedo i tuoi dati a nessuno.
Cookie e memoria del browser
Questo sito non usa cookie: niente cookie di profilazione, niente cookie di statistica, niente pubblicità, niente strumenti di terze parti che ti tracciano. Per questo non vedi un banner dei cookie.
Il sito salva nella memoria del tuo browser (localStorage e sessionStorage) solo due informazioni tecniche: la lingua che hai scelto (italiano o inglese) e la posizione della pagina quando cambi lingua. Restano sul tuo dispositivo, non vengono inviate a nessuno e puoi cancellarle quando vuoi dalle impostazioni del browser.
I link a Instagram, TikTok e YouTube portano a siti esterni con le loro informative: quando li apri valgono le loro regole.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere in ogni momento di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne il trattamento, opporti, o riceverli in un formato leggibile (artt. 15-22 GDPR), scrivendo a pupilloedoardomaria@gmail.com. Se pensi che i tuoi dati siano trattati in modo scorretto puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

What data I process
- Browsing data. The server hosting this site (Vercel) automatically logs some technical data, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. It is used only to run the site, protect it from abuse and fix errors. I don't use it to profile you.
- Data you send me. If you write to me (through the “Start a project” button, which opens your email app, or directly by email), I process your name, your email and your message, only to reply and, if you want, to prepare a quote or provide a service.
The site has no forms that store data on a server, no login area and sells nothing directly.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Browsing data: legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Messages you send me: replying to your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long
Browsing data is kept as long as the hosting provider's logs, usually a few days. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and our work together, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise (for example for tax purposes).
Who can see the data
The hosting provider Vercel Inc., acting as processor, which may process data in the United States under the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). My email provider (Google) for the messages you send me. I never sell or hand over your data to anyone.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies: no profiling cookies, no analytics cookies, no ads, no third-party trackers. That's why there is no cookie banner.
The site stores only two technical items in your browser's storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): the language you picked (Italian or English) and the scroll position when you switch language. They stay on your device, are never sent anywhere, and you can delete them any time from your browser settings.
Links to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube lead to external sites with their own policies, which apply once you open them.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, or to receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to pupilloedoardomaria@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it) or the authority in your country.
